Miami, FL, July 26, 2022 – iAero Group, a privately-held company focused on scaling high-growth potential organizations in the aviation industry, today announced a new leadership team at iAero Airways, led by new iAero Airways President Timothy Rainey.

Mr. Rainey brings decades of technical experience leading and managing all aspects of operations at global airlines, including during periods of transformative growth and development.

His arrival adds significant expertise and business capabilities to the iAero Airways executive management team. He replaces Jeff Conry, iAero Airways’ former President, who departed from the Company this week.

Mr. Rainey will work closely with iAero Group’s Board of Directors, an outside executive-level management team with extensive operational expertise, and the Company’s seasoned executive leadership team including Geoffrey T. Raicht, who has been named as iAero Group’s Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, and Brendan Welsh, who has been serving as iAero Group’s Chief Financial Officer and who also serves as Chief Financial Officer for iAero Airways.

The iAero Airways’ executive team will focus on the Company’s strategic growth within the aviation industry, as well as ensuring strong corporate governance and positioning the Company for future success. “Our company is poised to continue our strong growth trajectory,” said Timothy Rainey, iAero Airways President. “I am looking forward to working closely with our experienced management team, alongside our seasoned and dedicated pilots and employees, build on that momentum as we continue to see an increase in demand for our services.”

Prior to joining iAero Airways, Mr. Rainey oversaw operations for two major airlines, including the management of all day-to-day global operations of Northwest Airlines, Inc. During his time at Northwest Airlines, he successfully oversaw a fleet of over 375 airplanes and a group of over 10,000 employees, including over 5,500 pilots, and led multiple initiatives to streamline business operations.
