New York, Jan. 22, 2019 – Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP announced today that Jonathan Goldstein has joined as a partner in the firm’s Aviation Finance practice, residing in the New York office.

Goldstein is recognized as a leading aviation finance lawyer, and his practice focuses on a broad spectrum of financing structures and active participants in the global aviation sector.

He represents airlines, aircraft leasing companies, underwriters, banks and trustees in a wide variety of transactions, including aircraft asset-backed securitizations; offerings of enhanced equipment trust certificates; sale/leaseback transactions; operating leases; and secured loans.

Goldstein received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He also frequently writes and speaks on aviation finance topics.
