MRO Europe, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, October 18, 2018 – Honeywell and OEMServices have signed an agreement that will see the firms work in close collaboration to manage the aircraft maintenance costs and expenses of the A380 fleet of a renowned international airline.

The agreement will see Honeywell’s GoDirectTM Component Services Solutions (CSS) used in conjunction with OEMServices’ integrated component & logistic services. GoDirect CSS is a best-in-class aftermarket Flight Hour Program designed to enhance aircraft reliability for commercial airlines. Honeywell's expertise in component maintenance, exchange and repairs helps airlines with a strong level of support and expertise, helping to reduce disruptions to operations caused by the need for component repairs.

OEMServices’ expertise in servicing operators’ nose to tail needs will ensure that the adequate solutions are immediately provided to optimize repair turn around times and minimize operational interruptions for the airline. More specifically, the component services provided by OEMServices within the scope of the contract include a one-stop shop through its worldwide service centers for repair needs and a 24/7 AOG desk and hotline answering the operators’ urgent needs within an hour.
