Comair Ltd. recently published an exchange filing announcing that shareholder HNA Group has disposed of all its shares in the South African airline.

Comair did not update investors on the transaction date or price of the 29 million shares previously held by HNA, which equated to a 6.2% stake.

Current value of the stake is approximately US$14 million.
