Sales process details:
- A sales process has been launched today Tuesday 16 July 2024 by the joint liquidators of GTLK Europe for five Airbus A220-300 aircraft.
- All aircraft are in close to full life condition (2019 vintage) and will be offered in ‘as is, where is’ condition for outright sale.
- All five aircraft are currently based in the Netherlands and will be sold lease unencumbered.
- IBA is the exclusive remarketing agent for the five aircraft and is welcoming expressions of interest until 30thJuly 2024.
- The sales process is expected to conclude by end of 2024.
Joint liquidators to GTLK Europe DAC & GTLK Europe Capital DAC (Damien Murran & Julian Moroney, Teneo Restructuring Ireland) commented:
