The Griffin Global Asset Management companies (“Griffin”) are pleased to announce that Eric Hild has joined as Senior Vice President, Patricia Lynch has joined as Vice President, and Michael Lombardi has joined as Vice President.

They bring a tremendous amount of experience to Griffin and their diverse backgrounds will expand and strengthen our relationships across the aviation industry,” said Ryan McKenna, Chief Executive Officer of Griffin’s parent company.

Eric Hild joined as Senior Vice President Marketing bringing a diverse background with over 30 years of commercial aviation experience with The Boeing Company. Mr. Hild served in various Sales and Marketing executive positions for European, Latin American and Global Leasing customers with responsibility to manage Boeing business relationships, the sale of all commercial airplanes and related services. Additionally, Mr. Hild was the executive Customer Leader for the 787 program for four years and with responsibility for successfully developing sales and marketing strategies for the existing and future customers of the 787 Dreamliner family of aircraft. Mr. Hild is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Business Administration and received an Executive MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Patricia Lynch joined as Vice President. Ms. Lynch worked with AWAS/DAE from 2014 and was Head of Contracts Management. Prior to that she was an executive with GECAS where she held many responsibilities in Operations. She brings with her an outstanding track record of closing complex aircraft delivery transactions and successfully executing on business re-engineering projects. Ms. Lynch has deep experience in Contracts Management, Aircraft Deliveries, ABS Management, Business Re-engineering, and Customer Relations. Ms. Lynch earned her Bachelor of Business Studies at University College Dublin, an advanced Diploma in Project Management from The Dublin Business School and is a certified 6 Sigma/Lean Quality Leader.

Michael Lombardi joined as Vice President. Prior to this role, Mr. Lombardi spent ten years working at The Boeing Company in a variety of roles on the commercial selling team. Mr. Lombardi’s most recent role was as Commercial Sales Director responsible for customers in the South Pacific which included Fiji, New Zealand and a portion of Australia. Prior to that, he was a Regional Director of Contracts supporting lessor and airline customers in North and South America, Europe, SE Asia and Oceania. He also acted as a Sales Program Manager supporting Boeing’s customers in Europe. Mr. Lombardi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Seattle University and holds a Commercial Pilot License and Flight Instructor Certificate.
