Nigeria's Green Africa Airways has appointed Jag Singh as its COO and Bart Roberts as chairman of its safety review board. Singh is an ex-Caribbean Airlines executive and Roberts is an ex-JetBlue executive.

CEO and founder is Babawande Afolabi.

The Lagos-based airline also secured its air transport license and is working toward its AOC, with plans to launch domestic flights using leased narrowbody jets.

The launch date was not disclosed.
