Global 195 And Charter AOG Join Forces To Synergise Abilities In The Global Covid-19 Battle

The new alliance will enable immediately, superior service levels to their customers across all spectrums of the strained global, air-freight supply chain.

London, England, 24th April 2020 – Global 195 and charterAOG have signed a strategic partnership, allowing both organisations to respond with greater efficiencies to their global client lists during the current, unprecedented demand for air-freight services.

The partnership will allow the organisations to utilise resources, know-how and connections that are unique to each company to break down some of the barriers that are currently preventing Governments and Pharmaceutical companies around the world from receiving critical supplies with as little delay as possible.

Jason Williamson, Co-Founder and Chairman of Global 195 said, “Responding most effectively during these unprecedented times requires innovation, imagination, and sometimes some out of the box thinking. Our service proposition has increased tremendously by partnering with charterAOG. In the normal course of business, we operate in a parallel universe to their organisation, providing similar services to different industry sectors. However, to respond most effectively to Government demands across the globe, in the currently strained air-freight eco-system, the ability to work alongside the charterAOG team has given us deeper and more effective abilities to deliver critical supplies quickly and tap into the scarce resources available. The charterAOG team are wonderful to work with, and being able to put together an effective partnership in times like these is rewarding for all of us.

Sam Heather, Founder and Managing Director of charterAOG said: “We are delighted to partner with Global 195, and to integrate our services with theirs. charterAOG helps the airline and aerospace industry resolve AOG situations by sourcing various charter aircraft, however the reality is that with most aircraft grounded worldwide, our resources can be put to better use helping fight the logistical challenges of the pandemic. We’re looking forward to using our resources in ways that are new to us, bringing value to various organisations who we believe can equally benefit from the charter aircraft we source, especially considering these aircraft are not typically available on the open market. There are clear synergies between Global 195 and charterAOG and this partnership is already serving as a positive change for our customers.
