RoyalFly-GH Airline plans to begin operations in Ghana by 1Q 2019, flying domestic and sub-regional routes with ATR aircraft.
The new airline renewed the air carrier’s license of defunct Fly540 Ghana, which halted operations in May 2014. Following restructuring and management changes, Fly540 Ghana was rebranded as RoyalFly-GH.
The next step will be to secure its AOC, thus allowing the airline to operate scheduled passenger and cargo operations.
ATR will provide an undisclosed amount of aircraft to RoyalFly-GH. No word yet on the delivery dates.
