Genesis closes $450 million credit warehouse facility to fund planned expansion and growth of commercial aircraft portfolio
14 May 2024: Genesis, the Dublin based commercial aircraft leasing company, announced today it has successfully closed a $450 million warehouse facility to enable further acquisitions of aircraft in 2024. The facility was led by Citibank, N.A., with Morgan Stanley & Co., LLC and Bank of America as co-lenders.
Genesis CFO Adam Smyth stated, "I am delighted to announce the closing of our warehouse facility, am grateful for the continued support of Citibank and Morgan Stanley, and welcome Bank of America as a new lender. The upsized warehouse facility represents a further step in our growth plans as Genesis continues to acquire assets in 2024 and beyond."
