November 7, 2018 - Fort Lauderdale, Florida – GA Telesis (the Company), the leader in integrated aviation services, reported a record third quarter for the Company. This marks the third consecutive quarter in which the MRO Services group established a new performance benchmark. All operational and financial metrics improved on both a quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year basis.

The MRO Services group has a strong focus on performance by deploying lean manufacturing principles and eliminating waste from their daily activities. The current OEM arrangements provide a great benefit to our customers and our OEM partners. GA Telesis can deliver OEM quality material at lower prices to our customers while enhancing the OEM’s market channels.

In the third quarter ending September 30th, the group obtained both Chinese and Vietnamese regulatory approvals as well as deployed new product capabilities to support A320, B737NG, and B777. In January, the MRO Services Group announced a long-term Repair and Overhaul License Agreement and Parts Supply Agreement with Honeywell. During this same time period, the Company added several new products to its existing agreement with Honeywell, which broadens the offerings to their customer base. Products include electro-mechanical, pneumatic and mechanical LRU’s covering a variety of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer fleet applications. The Company plans to continue its OEM alignment strategy with other manufacturers that will allow it to provide repairs using OEM genuine parts and approved procedures at competitive rates.
