December 15, 2020 – Leatherhead, England – GA Telesis UK, Ltd. ("GAT") further expands its capabilities with the announcement of being awarded authorization from Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") to operate as a customs warehouse at their Bournemouth facility. GAT is targeting January 2021 to begin customs warehouse operations.

GAT estimates they will process approximately 10,000 transactions into and out of the facility each year, resulting in more control over the customs process along with significant annual cost savings that can then be passed on to its customers. This unmatched approach will provide the Company's customers with the most comprehensive 24/7/365 support and unparalleled AOG operations.

In a post-COVID environment, the aviation industry will be continuously pressed for cost improvements. GA Telesis will leverage this newly acquired authorization together with its newly created GAT Logistics Solutions Group to provide efficient integrated storage, logistics, and transportation services for the aviation community throughout the globe.

"This is a high-bar achievement and sets the stage for the post-pandemic support of our global customer base," stated Jason Reed, President of GAT's Flight Solutions Group. "Our customers asked us to further integrate into their supply-chain to provide faster deliveries and reduced costs. Our ability to make such integrations happen is a testament to the hard work and long hours of our Bournemouth team that made this approval possible," Reed added.
