October 4, 2017 - Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Prague, Czech Republic GA Telesis, LLC (“GA Telesis”) and Czech Airlines Technics (“CSAT”) today announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) to form an integrated supply chain partnership to support GA Telesis’ new ATR fleet iGEAR support service. With today’s announcement, GA Telesis will begin providing ATR fleet operators with an integrated flight hour support program with CSAT providing repair and consignment pooling in tandem. GA Telesis currently serves numerous customers globally with inventory lease and flight hour services totaling over 350,000 flight hours per year and plans to exponentially expand the iGEAR program with additional platforms in 2018, including the ATR regional fleet worldwide.

The Letter of Intent (LOI) is subject to a number of conditions, including entering into a definitive agreement, which is targeted to occur in the 4th Quarter of 2017.
