Dublin, December 21, 2021 – FPG Amentum Ltd. (‘FPG Amentum’), the Dublin- & Hong Kong-based aircraft leasing / management company updates on an exceptionally busy trading year 2021. Amid the Covid-19 environment FPG Amentum traded 28 aircraft. On top of this, the company managed four lease transitions to three different airlines and extended leases of a total of eleven aircraft on lease to four different lessees.

A highlight on the debt-structuring side was the first ever AFIC-supported financing of a Japanese Operating Lease for which FPG Amentum and its financing partners were awarded the Middle East & Africa Supported Finance Deal of the Year 2021 by Airline Economics.

FPG Amentum is looking forward to 2022 with US$ 0.5bn of committed SLB-deliveries scheduled for the year. This delivery stream of factory new latest technology energy efficient aircraft is allocated to three different investor customers. The company is further pursuing additional acquisitions in the primary and secondary markets on behalf of its equity investor customers. Like 2021, FPG Amentum will continue to support lenders and other financial institutions with restructuring services throughout 2022.
