Formidion Aviation sold 19 Dash 8-400 aircraft to De Havilland
On 5th April Limerick Aircraft Fund Limited (LAFL) an Irish SPV wholly owned by Formidion Aviation Holdings Limited sold 19 Dash 8-400 aircraft to De Havilland Canada Ltd (De Havilland). Formidion and De Havilland have been working together to prepare these aircraft for return to service.
As a result of this transaction, De Havilland is taking responsibility for remarketing and preparing the aircraft for the next operator. De Havilland has already committed a number of these aircraft to customers and are being inducted into maintenance to be reconfigured and prepared for return to service.
