The new aircraft, similarly to the existing aircraft owned by FLYONE, was manufactured in 2008 and makes FLYONE the airline with the youngest fleet in the Republic of Moldova. The new Airbus A320 is the airline's fourth aircraft and was assigned with the registration number ER-00004.

The aircraft landed at Chisinau International Airport Sunday, May 26, at 11: 40, and the event was welcomed by a traditional water cannon salute. Traditionally, besides the registration number, the aircraft has been given the name COMRAT continuing to promote Moldovan cities across the globe.

Mircea MALECA, CEO of the company mentioned, "The fact that we have the youngest fleet in the Republic of Moldova is the result of our commitment to passengers and it makes us feel proud of this achievement. FLYONE offers more than just air transportation services. FLYONE offers safety, comfort, professionalism and daily positive emotions".

The new acquisition has a capacity of 180 seats, maximum speed up to 840 km/h, and the maximum flying altitude can reach 11900 meters.

FLYONE operates only Airbus A320 family aircraft - three A320 aircrafts and one A319 aircraft that comply with all IATA and EASA security standards. The new aircraft is part of the company’s development strategy started in 2016 and will allow FLYONE to open new routes, ensure passenger comfort and safety. We would like to add that FLYONE will expand its fleet with another aircraft of the same type in the next month.
