Flair Airlines (Edmonton, AB) is pleased to announce that the previously negotiated contract between Flair and The Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE 4060) has now been ratified: The collective agreement has a 10-year term.

“We are delighted to solidify this agreement with our flight attendants. As an integral part of our business we believe this contract will foster an environment that provides greater balance, opportunity and career growth for our key front-line staff” stated Jim Scott, Flair CEO.

The new 10-year agreement provides competitive market wages and flexibility in scheduling. Flair Airlines currently employs 122 flight attendants.

The announcement comes less than a year after Flair ratified a three-year contract with its pilot group.
