Paris, Amstelveen, Le Bourget, June 17 2019 - AFI KLM E&M and Finnair have announced the renewal of their maintenance and overhaul partnership on the carrier’s fleet of CF6-80E1 engines. The agreement covers shop visits for all 16 Finnair engines as well as on-wing support services.

Longterm partnership
AFI KLM E&M and Finnair have been working together in the field of aircraft maintenance for several years, especially in relation to the support for the Nordic carrier’s fleet of CF6-80E1 engines. In view of the value of the services delivered by AFI KLM E&M since 2014, Finnair has decided to continue this partnership.

By continuing to rely on the CF6-80E1 solutions delivered by the European market leader for maintenance on this type of engine, the Finnish carrier is guaranteed to benefit from efficient, competitive support services rooted in a dual technical and operational expertise on this product.
