SAN FRANCISCO, (October 17, 2017) – EVA Air, a member of Star Alliance and SKYTRAX-rated 5-Star Airline, is offering San Francisco passengers a treat in the form of more convenience and itinerary choices. It’s adding flights midday and moving the three it operates in the late afternoon to the nighttime schedule. Starting October 29, 2017, EVA will offer three weekly noontime and two daily nighttime departures from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), just outside of Taipei, Taiwan, boosting frequency to 17 flights a week. The new midday flights get passengers into Taipei in late afternoon, in time for dinner or an easy, one-stop nighttime connection to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Manila or Saigon. Return flights arrive in San Francisco in the early morning, giving passengers the full day to enjoy Bay-area attractions, schedule meetings and work or travel onward to destinations throughout the United States and Canada.
