Polish airline Enter Air has signed a financing agreement with mLeasing covering one B737-800 aircraft. The value of the six-year contact is more than US$26.1 million.

The agreement to swap an operating lease for a finance lease is part of the carrier's plans to optimize fleet costs, says president Grzegorz Polaniecki, who added this is the sixth such aircraft to be transitioned.

mLeasing is currently funding two of the B737-800s, with three funded by PKO Leasing, and one by Santander.

In addition, Enter Air and travel agency Rainbow Tours signed another cooperation agreement covering the summer 2019 and winter 2019/2020 seasons. The estimated value of the contract amounts to $45.1 million.
