easyJet confirms it submitted a revised EOI for a restructured Alitalia, together as part of a consortium.

The EOI is subject to confidentiality.

easyJet will provide a further update in due course, as there is no certainty that any transaction will proceed.

The consortium reportedly includes Air France-KLM Group and Cerberus Capital Management.
