In conjunction with BOT Lease Co., Ltd (BOTL) of Japan, Deucalion is delighted to announce the acquisition of one 2021 vintage Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft msn 44605 subject to an existing lease with TUI Airways. 

This is Deucalion’s first transaction under this new collaboration which aims to source high quality aircraft investments for BOTL, with Deucalion providing origination and ongoing aircraft management services.
