Delta, Aeromexico announce nonstop service between Atlanta and Queretaro
Delta and its partner Aeromexico, Mexico's global airline, will launch their new nonstop service between Atlanta and Queretaro, Mexico, starting Nov. 1.
Thanks to this new route, Queretaro will have access to Atlanta, Delta's main hub, which offers customers more than 146 domestic daily flights connecting the city to the top leading business centers in the U.S.
The Atlanta-Queretaro route will be operated using Embraer 190 aircraft with 99 passenger seats, including 11 in Clase Premier—Aeromexico's Business Class cabin—with the following schedules:
Atlanta-Queretaro* AM 2711 8:36 p.m. 11:23 p.m. Daily
Queretaro-Atlanta* AM 2710: 6:30 a.m. 10:53 a.m. Daily
During the inaugural flight celebration in Queretaro, Aeromexico's Chief Revenue Officer Anko van der Werff said, "We're very excited to provide service to Queretaro, a blossoming business destination. Our customers will now have new options to connect worldwide through one of North America's top hubs."
Additionally, Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, Secretary of Sustainable Development of the State of Queretaro said, "This new flight helps the Intercontinental Queretaro Airport become a relevant hub by connecting with major cities in the United States, increasing the state's opportunities for growth."
In the framework of this celebration, Aeromexico also announced the beginning of its new Monterrey-Atlanta service uniting two of the leading hubs in North America.
