Corsair International has reportedly narrowed its potential buyers down from four to only two, a company in Germany and a company in Asia -- likely in China.

The deal is expected to be announced soon.

The owner of the airline, TUI, had mandated Rothschild Bank in November 2017 to find a buyer for it subsidiary, Corsair.

Corsair maintains lucrative slots at Paris Orly airport, along with partnerships with multiple European carriers. It employees 1,200 people and operates seven aircraft.
