On the occasion of arrival of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) delivered the 15th ARJ21 aircraft to Chengdu Airlines in Nantong, Jiangsu province on September 28th, 2019, which was the fourth ARJ21 aircraft delivered to the customer this month.

ARJ21 aircraft with a nationality registration number of B-603Q took off from Nantong Xingdong International Airport at 14:22 on the same day, and arrived at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport at 16:49.

This brand new ARJ21 aircraft is purchased by ICBC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (ICBC Leasing) and leased to Chengdu Airlines. It is the 13th time to deliver an ARJ21 aircraft in the form of leaseback. This aircraft is in all economy-class cabin configuration and has seats for 90 passengers.
