Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the appointment of Stuart Miller as a Partner in its global aviation practice.

Stuart is an aviation finance lawyer with nearly 20 years' international experience in cross-border aircraft finance, leasing and trading. He focuses on both the commercial aircraft and the corporate / private jet aircraft sectors, with significant experience acting for banks and other financiers, high net worth individuals, aircraft lessors, airlines and other operators on numerous aviation transactions and structures.

He has practised in the region for nearly 10 years and is qualified in Hong Kong, England & Wales and New Zealand.

Stuart will form part of Clyde & Co's non-contentious Aviation offering which encompasses its transactional financing, leasing, trading, regulatory, corporate, commercial, and fleet procurement team.
