CLH Aviación Joins ALTA's Affiliate Base
Panama - April 9, 2018 - CLH Aviación joins today the Latin American and the Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) as a new Affiliate Member and part of the group of industry's suppliers that work collaboratively on initiatives for the development of aviation in the region.
CLH Aviación is a 100 percent subsidiary of CLH that offers storage, distribution and onboard services in aircraft fuels, as well as the design, construction and management services for fuel farms. CLH is one of the largest global fuel logistics companies, with proven experience in the transport and storage of fuels in Europe.
CLH Aviación has its headquarters in Spain, a subsidiary in Ireland and another in Panama. In Ireland, it offers logistics services for the reception, storage and dispatch of Jet A1 to all suppliers operating at Dublin Airport, as well as to the different agents working onboard. At the end of 2017, CLH Aviación was awarded the contract to operate five airports in Panama with responsibilities in the operation and maintenance of their respective airport facilities and onboard services.

CLH Aviación is a member of international fuel organizations such as JIG, IATA and Energy Institute, where it actively participates in the elaboration, review and improvement of standards and procedures.
After signing the partnership agreement, Ignacio Rodríguez Auñón, General Director of CLH Aviación, stated that "we are very pleased to join ALTA, one of the most important aviation associations in the Latin American region, and we are sure that this collaboration will produce mutual benefit for both parties."
