CFM launches new engine maintenance solution for LEAP VIP customers
Geneva – CFM International today launched CFM LEAP VIP Services, a full-coverage, concierge, flight-hour program for VIP customers operating LEAP-powered aircraft.
“When considering a services package, customers seek a few key elements. First is predictability, and not just of costs, but of time. The key goal is to always have the aircraft ready to fly when the customer is.”
Dennis Krause, director of Commercial Services, Business Aviation for CFM parent company GE Aviation
The advantage of the CFM LEAP VIP Services program is that it both minimizes maintenance cost and reduces uncertainty. The new CFM LEAP VIP Services package offers access to a world-class, global support network. The program also minimizes down time, providing access to spare engines with comprehensive logistical support, including transportation, removal and installation, and on-site repair support.
“Comprehensive and transferrable, this new VIP package leverages CFM expertise and extensive support network; it is truly the engine service program of choice. LEAP-powered business aircraft are in operation worldwide and this full-service program ensures our customers coverage around the globe.”
François Planaud, Vice President Services & MRO for CFM parent company Safran Aircraft Engines
In addition to helping ensure asset availability during maintenance events, the CFM LEAP VIP Service also enhances residual value for the engines and aircraft. The program is available to owners and operators of LEAP-powered Airbus ACJ and Boeing BBJ aircraft.
