The appointment of these partners reflects Castlelake's desire to elevate differentiated talent across the organization and continually optimize its leadership. The partners are:

- Rich Barnett - Partner, Business Development & Capital Markets
- Brad Farrell - Partner, Chief Financial Officer
- Dan McNally - Partner, General Counsel
