Port-of-Spain, September 18, 2018 – Caribbean Airlines has conducted a full review of its network operations and after detailed discussions with leading aviation consultants, certain strategic initiatives were agreed to by the airline.
Given the evolving market realities and to improve the service offerings to its valued customers, effective January 08, 2019 Caribbean Airlines will consolidate its daily operation between Jamaica and Fort Lauderdale to its Kingston hub.
The airline will maintain its daily service between Norman Manley International, Kingston and Hollywood International Airport, Fort Lauderdale, Florida but will discontinue service between Sangster’s International Airport, Montego Bay, and Fort Lauderdale.
Flights between Montego Bay and Fort Lauderdale, will operate as scheduled until January 07, 2019. Passengers booked from January 08, 2019 have been offered a full refund or reallocated to other services.
