Boeing Sets Date For 787-10 Maiden Flight

The Boeing Company has set a date for the maiden flight of the Boeing 787-10.

Boeing 787-10 to fly by end of the month
On the condition that weather is favorable, Boeing has set the first flight for the Boeing 787-10 for the 31st of March.

The company rolled out the -10 in February in presence of President Trump. For Boeing, the aircraft is important to effectively with Airbus and plays an important role in Boeing’s challenge to zero out the deferred balance for the Boeing 787 program.

Customers

The Boeing biggest member of the Dreamliner family, to date, has accumulated roughly 150 orders with Etihad and Singapore Airlines being the biggest customers for the aircraft having 30 firm orders each. Other customers include United Airlines, British Airways and Air France-KLM.
