Beautech Power Systems Announces Strategic Partnership With EDC And Worthington Aerospace To Complete The Acquisition Of 18 CRJ1000 Aircraft
Dallas, Texas – BeauTech Power Systems, a leading aerospace engine leasing, trading, and financial solutions company, is proud to announce a collaboration with Export Development Canada (EDC) and Worthington Aviation to complete the acquisition of 18 state-of-the-art CRJ1000 aircraft. This partnership will result in a significant improvement in aftermarket support for the CRJ family of aircraft, positioning BeauTech and Worthington for substantial growth and global expansion while assisting EDC in extracting value from their portfolio.
The cooperation involved BeauTech working closely with EDC and Worthington, renowned players in international finance and regional aircraft support and services, respectively, to secure and deploy the 18 CRJ1000 aircraft. These next-generation aircraft, known for their exceptional performance, fuel efficiency, and passenger comfort, will empower BeauTech to extend its global reach and offer enhanced engine solutions to its customers.
“This partnership is quite significant for BeauTech,” said CEO Lee Beaumont. “The acquisition of these CRJ1000 aircraft will strengthen our CF34-8C5 service offerings and enable us to provide world-class aviation engine solutions to our customers. We are excited to join forces with EDC and Worthington, both of whom bring unique strengths to this endeavor.”
EDC, a globally recognized export credit agency, was the owner of the aircraft and played a pivotal role in providing resources for this ambitious venture. Their expertise in facilitating international trade and investments is invaluable to the success of this collaboration.
Worthington Aviation, a leader in regional aircraft support and service, purchased all 18 airframes from BeauTech and will dismantle a number of the aircraft to support their spare parts distribution business, providing much needed aftermarket support for a variety of CRJ regional aircraft products. The remainder of the aircraft will be made available for sale or onward leasing.
