Bangkok / 22 August 2017 - Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited by Ms. Amornrat Kongsawat, Senior Director - Cargo and Charter and Thai Airways by Mr. Dumrongchai Sawangchareon, Managing Director Cargo & Mail Commercial Department have signed a cargo special prorate agreement (SPA) to strengthen the airlines' respective networks. The signing ceremony was held at Thai Airways Operation Center, Suvarnabhumi airport.
Through this cooperation with Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways cargo can be transported to China, South Korea, Japan, Taipei, England, Germany, France and Australia seamlessly, while Thai Airways cargo can be transported to Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos PRD, Vietnam, India and Bangladesh. This partnership will not only offer customers of both airlines access to an extensive cargo network in Asia, Europe and Australia, but also help strengthen relationship between the two airlines. Earlier this year, Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways have entered into a code-share agreement to facilitate commercial sales, and to improve passenger convenience in flight connections.
