Sparfell & Partners (“S&P”) successfully arranged a Sale & Leaseback transaction for its client FlyEgypt on one (1) Boeing B737-800 SU-TMG MSN 32918. After advising FlyEgypt in the initial purchase of subject aircraft in 2015, Aviation Capital Solutions (“ACS”) now became the lessor.

Christian Hatje, CEO of Sparfell & Partners, explained that “the entire company is very enthusiastic to work with FlyEgypt and look forward to extending [their] cooperation in the near future”. Indeed, S&P is further looking for two additional Boeing B737-800 for FlyEgypt for a mid to long-term dry-lease to further increase its fleet.
