Aviation Integrated Services Group (AISG), a leading Mexican group in Aircraft Line Maintenance, announced the execution of a Strategic Association between its wholly owned Icelandic company SO Tech ehf, EASA Part 145 and Condor Aviation Services, S.A. (CAS). This agreement will increase the Company’s served network in Argentine airports to include Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Mendoza and Bariloche, with the possibility of further international openings.
With this transaction, AISG’s airport count reaches more than 40 stations, including Mexico, Dominican Republic, Argentina and Iceland; servicing more than 70 airlines from all over the world.
Fernando Nieto, AISG Group CEO commented that this transaction is being performed under the group’s international expansion plan and contributes greatly to the development of a regional operator that offers high quality, safe and reliable services to airlines, it’s passengers and employees.
