Avelo extends operations at its Connecticut and Central Florida bases

HOUSTON; July 24, 2024 — Avelo Airlines announced today the largest expansion in company history with 18 nonstop routes, the airline’s first scheduled international service to two destinations: Montego Bay, Jamaica and Cancun, Mexico, and the establishment of dual operations at Avelo’s Connecticut and Central Florida bases. In addition to the two new international destinations, Avelo will begin serving Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) this fall basing two aircraft in Hartford.
