AMS Aircraft Services Limited (‘AMS’), the UK-based aircraft marketing and technical management company, is pleased to announce that it partnered with global design and engineering consultancy Arcadis, in exclusively providing vendor due diligence in respect of the divestment of Rolls-Royce and Babcock’s sale of their shareholdings in AirTanker Holdings Limited to Equitix Investment Management Limited. AirTanker Holdings, a joint venture with Airbus and Thales, owns fourteen (14) Airbus A330 Voyager aircraft supporting air-to-air refuelling, air transport and ancillary services for the UK Ministry of Defence.

Working in close collaboration with Arcadis, AMS conducted a technical review of the fleet, opined upon aircraft marketability, and produced current and future asset valuations for the seller’s financial adviser, investment bank Jefferies.
