Ameco and Boeing Sign BBJ Warranty Service Center Agreement
Ameco and Boeing have signed a five-year agreement on Boeing Business Jets' warranty service, which authorized Ameco as an official BBJ Warranty Service Center in Asia. Thus, Ameco has officially become a member of Boeing's global supplier network.
Currently, Ameco is the sole BBJ Warranty Service Center in Asia region to provide global BBJ customers the five years of warranty services starting from green aircraft delivery. With years of experience on business jets, Ameco is capable of offering BBJ customers and operators customized service and fast support for their aircraft.
Zhu Xiao, Ameco's Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, expects an in-depth cooperation with Boeing and Boeing Business Jets in the future.
Prior to this contract, an overall inspection by Boeing testified Ameco's current quality standard met its requirement on suppliers, and Boeing had approved Ameco's maintenance capability of aircraft level.
Ameco has been providing maintenance and modifications on large-scale business jets since the 1990s, making it the first in China for this service. Facing the market prospects in China, Ameco in 2012 promoted its business jets modification capabilities by resources integration and facility investment.
At present, Ameco is CAAC Designated Modification Design Organization Representative (DMDOR), holds Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) and SAI Global-issued AS/EN9100 certificate of registration. Ameco is capable of providing completions on large-scale business jets, such as Airbus A330, Boeing 737/747 aircraft.
Ameco keeps developing new capabilities and improving service quality on business jets. With the ability from design, manufacturing, installation to maintenance, Ameco can serve global business jets customers with one-stop comprehensive service.
