Panama, October 22, 2018 - Interjet, the Mexican airline with nearly 13 years of trajectory, joins today the select group of member airlines of the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA).

With its arrival to ALTA, Interjet will work hand in hand to facilitate more people in the region to access a safe, cost-effective and environmentally responsible air transport, at the time it continues generating more benefits to the Latin American and Caribbean population through the substantial contributions of the aviation industry to the economic and social development of our countries.

Interjet was born in 2005 with the aim of offering a more accessible air transport service, increasing the efficiency and productivity of its resources. Today, it stands out as an airline that provides a high travel experience, with a unique set of services that offer travelers a balance between cost and benefit, such is the case of its no-oversell policy, enjoying the most space between seats of its category in the American continent, service of snacks and drinks without cost, as well as the possibility of documenting up to 50 Kg. of luggage in Priority tariffs, among others.
