AJW Group, a world-leading independent specialist in the global management of aircraft spares, has appointed Han-Ley Tang as Chief Information Officer. Han-Ley took up the new role on 3rd January 2018, reporting directly to Christopher Whiteside, President and CEO of AJW Group, and will be a member of the executive leadership team.
As CIO, Han-Ley will be accountable for leading AJW’s global IT functions, focusing on driving performance and digital transformation. A new role based at AJW’s headquarters in the UK, he will assume responsibility for ensuring AJW continues to leverage technology in support of the company’s long-term strategic plan.
Han-Ley has extensive financial services expertise and a track record of developing strategy and delivering change within the IT and digital arena. A Cambridge graduate holding a certificate in Management Accounting, his previous positions include Director in Group Technology at UBS AG, strategic roles at PwC and Altius Consulting, along with roles in Deloitte Forensics and Deloitte Consulting.
