The 296 seats Airbus A340-300 manufactured in 2005, currently registered under the French registry reg. F-WTBJ. Aircraft, previously operated by Air Tahiti since new, is going to be the first A340 of four to be added to Airhub‘s Maltese AOC fleet.

The aircraft arrived in Lithuania, Siauliai SQQ/EYSA from Aman last night to be based while undergoing the registration process to the Maltese aircraft register and Airhub Airlines AOC to start operations second half of July 2021. Meanwhile, it is going to be maintained by Aviatic MRO Facility. Airhub Aviation considers removing the aircraft seats for cargo operations.

"Our close cooperation with various aircraft owners, lessors and MRO‘s on one hand and passenger and cargo airline and charter clients on the other, gives us unique opportunities for flexible additions of fleet in order to deploy them in different markets", said Aleksandr Celiadin, the Chairman at Airhub Aviation.

According to A. Celiadin, it is the first out of four A340s aircraft to be added to the Airhub Aviation fleet. Airhub Aviation has capacity for up to 10 additional mixed type aircraft in the fleet by the end of the year.
