Aircraft Leasing & Management (“ALM”) has arranged the lease of two further A320-214 aircraft to Allegiant Air LLC (“Allegiant”).

The two aircraft were previously operated by Peach Air and ANA respectively and have been leased to Allegiant by FGL Aircraft USA Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of ALM’s parent company, Fuyo General Lease. The leases are finance leases and Allegiant maintains an option to purchase the aircraft at the end of the term for a specified amount. The transactions closed during the second half of 2021.

ALM acted as transaction arranger on behalf of Fuyo and will be the lessor’s servicer for the duration of the Allegiant leases.

ALM manages a growing portfolio of A320 and B737 family aircraft for Fuyo General Lease and its subsidiary companies and is pleased to further grow its relationship with Allegiant through these new transactions.
