Air Serbia to commence flights to Cairo on 15 May

Air Serbia will commence direct flights between Belgrade and Cairo on 15 May 2023. Serbian national airline will be operating flights to the capital of Egypt three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while flights from Cairo to the Serbian capital will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The flights on this route will be carried out using Airbus A319 aircraft. Tickets are already available for purchase, at the starting price of 183 euros one way for economy class, including all taxes.

“The culture and history of Egypt garner a lot of attention from tourists across the globe, and the specific climate makes the country of pharaohs attractive throughout the entire year. By listening to the needs of passengers in Serbia, as well as the broader Balkan region, we have decided to introduce scheduled direct flights between Belgrade and Cairo. Our company has been operating flights to the capital of Egypt since the summer of 2019, and we are glad that we now have the opportunity to reconnect two friendly countries,” stated Boško Rupić, General Manager Commercial and Strategy, Air Serbia.
