Air Serbia will introduce seasonal flights between Kraljevo and Thessaloniki in March 2020. The national airline will fly from Morava Airport to the second largest city in Greece three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Tickets are already on sale.
“With the introduction of a new route from the third airport in Serbia where it flies from, Air Serbia continues to expand its offer. We look forward to enabling travelers from the Western Serbia and Šumadija region to fly to their favourite Greek tourist destination under the most favourable conditions,” said Boško Rupić, Head of Trade & Corporate sales at Air Serbia.
The first flights of the national airline from Morava Airport were established in December 2019 to Vienna. The route to the Austrian capital operates throughout the whole year, initially two times per week in the winter and increasing to three times per week from the coming summer. Air Serbia flies to both destinations from Kraljevo as the result of a public call for aviation services of public interest held by the Government of Serbia.
