Air Serbia, in partnership with Mostar Airport, will operate scheduled passenger flights between Belgrade and Mostar from April to October 2024. The planned frequency is three times a week, on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays, using Embraer E175 aircraft.

"At the end of 2023, Air Serbia responded to the Public Call for the establishment of scheduled flights for 2024, announced by Mostar Airport, in connection with the introduction of a direct service between Belgrade and Mostar. In the first days of January, the decision was made to accept our offer. Once technical details and contract signing are finalized, fares will be published presumably in the coming weeks," said Boško Rupić, General Manager Commercial and Strategy at Air Serbia.

By introducing a direct service between Belgrade and Mostar, Air Serbia is expanding its presence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, contributing to the strengthening of economic, business, and all other connections. The flights will connect the two cities, but also enable a good connection between Mostar, via Belgrade, and numerous cities in Western and Northern Europe and the United States of America.

Mostar is among the most popular tourist destinations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The famous Old Bridge, a symbol of the city, has been listed as a UNESCO cultural world heritage site since 2005, along with the Old City.

By adding Mostar to its network of destinations, Air Serbia will operate flights to a total of 17 cities of the former Yugoslavia.
