Air Madagascar's domestic subsidiary, Tsaradia, has obtained its Air Transport Certificate and its operating license from the Civil Aviation of Madagascar.

Air Madagascar and Tsaradia will operate with five additional aircraft from summer 2018 to ensure domestic flights. The aircraft – one ATR, one A340, and three Twin Otters – are owned by strategic partner Air Austral (Reunion).

The aircraft were previously grounded.
