Air Europa focuses on North Africa with two new routes to Casablanca and Tunisia
From June it will fly to both cities and strengthen its presence in Marrakech with a daily flight
Air Europa is strengthened in North Africa by strengthening its presence in Morocco with his arrival in Casablanca, Marrakech more frequencies; and to open new route to Tunisia.
The plan for expansion and growth in which is immersed the airline Globalia tourism group completed this coming June with the opening of two new routes in Africa; two new destinations that will fly all year round, which will have higher frequencies in the summer and connection through the hub of Madrid, with all European destinations where the airline flies.
Specifically, next Saturday, June 1, Air Europa will take off for the first time Adolfo Suarez Airport Madrid-Barajas to Casablanca aboard the Embraer 195 fleet, with capacity for 120 passengers. The airline will operate this route with four weekly flights in June and July 5th to August. From September will link the two cities with two flights a week.
With the addition of this destination to its network, Air Europa evidence a strong commitment to Morocco where since late 2017 and operates Marrakech. The good performance of the route to this imperial city will result also from next month, increasing flight frequencies to operate daily during the summer.
Air Europa also released on June 2 its new route to Tunisia and will board a Embraer linking Madrid and the Tunisian capital with four frequencies a week from June to September, and two the rest of the year. Annually, the airline division of the Globalia tourism group will offer more than 33,000 seats on 280 flights.
During this year, Air Europa has made available to its passengers more than 125,000 seats to these three destinations.
