AeroVision International secures EMB 120 inventory in a remarketing agreement with SkyWest Airlines
AeroVision International (Muskegon, Michigan) announces its recent partnership with SkyWest Airlines, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW) to be their remarketing agent for their EMB 120 airframe and engine components inventory. SkyWest discontinued EMB 120 operations in 2015.
AeroVision expanded its EMB 120 offering in 2017 with the purchase of 10 EMB 120 aircraft from SkyWest Airlines. Several of these aircraft are available for immediate sale and several are being “reduced-to-parts” to further support EMB 120 operators. AeroVision also stocks a large inventory of PW118 series engines.
“AeroVision is now able to provide world-class engine and component support to EMB120 operators. This remarketing agreement significantly enhances our product offering to the customer and provides an immediate solution for SkyWest Airlines,” said Jeff Barnes, Vice President - Business Development.
“This agreement will ensure we continue to provide solid support to our EMB 120 aircraft customers before and after the sale of an aircraft, said McKenzie Kolkema, Manager- Aircraft Sales. “We can now offer a complete component support package with the sale of our EMB 120 aircraft reducing operating costs and improving reliability for our customers.”
