Aerotask has been engaged by Insel Air, for the provision of asset management and aircraft remarketing services related to a portfolio of two McDonnell Douglas MD-83 aircraft.

As part of the engagement, Aerotask shall deliver a range of services covering aircraft appraisals, onsite technical inspections, aircraft records audits, as well as global aircraft remarketing.

“Over the years, Aerotask has positioned itself as an expert in difficult aircraft assets, and the acquisition of this portfolio further strengthens our position in this market segment,” said Robert Sitta, Aerotask’s VP, Asset Management.

Aerotask is a Dubai-based global aviation consultancy providing Asset Management and Financial Solutions to airlines, lessors, financiers and aviation investors worldwide.

Insel Air is a Dutch Caribbean carrier that serves as the national airline of Curaçao, having it is headquartered in Willemstad, Curaçao. Insel Air currently serves four destinations throughout the Caribbean, South America.
