Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Aeroméxico" or the "Company") (BMV: AEROMEX) informs that (i) the hearing to approve the Disclosure Statement has been adjourned to November 10, 2021 (originally scheduled for October 21, 2021), (ii) the hearing to confirm the Joint Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan") has been adjourned to on or around December 13, 2021 (the "Confirmation Hearing") (originally scheduled for November 29, 2021), and (iii) the lenders under the Company's DIP financing facility have agreed to extend the milestone under the DIP Credit Agreement to reflect the new Confirmation Hearing date.

Aeroméxico intends to continue working with its key stakeholders to finalize the Plan and emerge from chapter 11 as expeditiously as possible.
